Welcome to the VMware Socialcast Support Portal for Socialcast SaaS, Dedicated Cloud, and On-premise customers.

The portal includes access to case submission and management for Socialcast supported customers. This portal is the preferred method of filing tickets, and allows you to set the Severity Level of cases. If you have not received a login to this portal, please contact your Account Manager at sales [at] socialcast.com

The site is RSS enabled, so you can more easily learn about new releases and other information and alerts.
